superb stay!
modern roomfriendly serviceexcellent facilities
the breakfast options were amazing, with lovely food. table service was efficient and very friendly. the car park being right at the front door was so convenient for us. our room was very modern, it included excellent facilities, and it was huge.
the absence of biscuits in the room was a tiny disappointment!

The room included soap and very good shampoo. I found plenty of staff available in the bar and restaurant. Very helpful. Parking was useful right in front of the hotel. The staff were REALLY friendly and accommodating .
I found the room a bit noisy. I couldn't trace the source of the intermittent noise. This interrupted my otherwise comfortable stay, and i hope it will be fixed.

The room was newly decorated and very clean (i really liked the design). The staff i spoke with were pleasant and helpful. I found the bar well stocked. The beer garden was pleasant, perfect for enjoying the good weather.
I could not find hot chocolate or even a small biscuit in the room. Coffee and tea were available. It felt a bit sparse.

the room was very clean. the bed felt lovely and comfortable. it was very quiet at night. i also appreciated the easy walk to the train station.

the room, a standard king room, was very generous. the towels were generously sized and very plush. the bed and pillows were comfortable too.
the bar was not particularly busy, but the bar staff were clearly struggling to cope.
